The city is more lively than usual. Buses and cars jammed everywhere, the color tonight is white.
The costal area of Rio de Janeiro is very peculiar, allowing only three main arteries of traffic passing through heading downtown and to the suburbs. Usually very crowded, buses traffic becomes easily jammed in any possible situation.
